Preparation

Step 1

Prepare a cake mix and bake the cake balls according to the directions on the Babycakes™ Cake Pop Maker. Let cool completely.

Melt Wilton® Candy Melts® in a Chocolate Pro melting pot. Dip cake balls into chocolate and set on parchment paper to cool.

Use the white Icing Writer to attach the mini chocolate chips as eyes. Let harden.

Use the pink Icing Writer to put on a small dot for a nose. Let harden.

Use a piece of Wilton® white fondant as ears. Begin by working a small piece with your fingers to soften. Begin to mold into a 3D triangle. Pinch the top corner to make the ear shape. Let harden.

Add pink to the inner ear with the pink Icing Writer. Let harden.

Attach ears to the cake pop with a bit of the white Icing Writer. Let harden. Set aside.

Use a pea size amount of Wilton® Leaf Green icing and mix with flaked coconut. Coconut will turn green and can be used as the grass on which the cake balls will be displayed.

If you choose to make a cake pop, do the same as above except keep the cake ball on a stick when dipping into the melted chocolate.

Use fondant to make a bunny tail or feet if desired.

Attach to hardened cake balls at the flat end with the white Icing Writer. Let harden. Use this as a bunny’s full body and decorate accordingly.
