Choc Krinkle Cookies (non Geb)

Ingredients

• 3/4 C oil
• 1 C cocoa
• 2 C sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 2 C potato starch
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 12 oz choc chips
• confec sugar for coating

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. beat the oil, cocoa, and sugar together.
3. Add the eggs and beat until mixture is well combines.
4. Slowly add the vanilla, potato starch and baking powder. Then the choc chips.
5. Freeze for a min of two hours
6. With wet hands, form balls and roll into confec sugar.
7. Place on cookie sheet -do NOT flatten.

8. bake for 9 minutes.
