Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Organic Peas, De-Shelled
- 1 c. Organic Basil
- 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Cloves of Organic Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 c. Olivie Oil
- 1/4 c. Pine Nuts (Could Also Use Walnuts or Pecans)
- Salt and Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the peas, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic and nuts in a food processor. As the food processor mixes, slowly pour in the olive oil. If the pesto seems to thick add a touch more olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add to your favorite pasta or spread on bread for a quick snack or a delicious sandwich.
