Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 C seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 C chopped dried cranberries
- 2 T minced fresh parsely
- 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef

- Sauce
- 16 oz whole berry cranberry sauce
- 3/4 C ketchup
- 3 T brown sugar
- 3 T finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp cider vinegar

Preparation
Step 1
- Combine meatball ungredients and mix well; shape into 1 inch balls
- Place 12 - 14 balls on a microwave-safe plate; cover with waxed paper; microwave on high for 3 - 4 min until no longer pink; drain on paper towels and repeat with remaining meatballs
- In a 2 qt. microwave dish, combine sauce ingredients; cover and heat on high for 3-4 min. until heated through; stir in meatballs; cover and cook on high 1-2 min until heated through.
