Ingredients
- 1 1/4 lb lean hamburger
- 1/2 C dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp minced onion
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 2 dashes garlic powder and pepper
- 2 tsp skim milk
- 1 tsp Worchesteshire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
- Combine all ingredients
- Shape into balls with about 3/4 oz in each
- Bake 10 min at 400 in a sprayed pan and then drain
- Use immediately in spaghetti sauce, subs, etc or freeze for later use
