Ingredients

  • 1 german chocolated cake mix
  • 1/3 c vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c milk chocolate chips
  • 25 caramels
  • 2 T canned milk
  • Large marshmallows

Preparation

Step 1

Cookie Mix:
Mix cake mix, oil, eggs & chocolate chips. Roll into 1" balls. Place on greased cookie sheet & bake 375 for 6-8 minutes.

Caramel:
Unwrap caramels and put in saucepan with canned milk. Melt over medium heat, stir often.
Spoon a heaping teaspoon of melted caramel onto each cookie.

Marshmallow:
Turn oven broiler on high & place 1 large marshmallow on top of each caramel covered cookie. Put back into oven under broiler for 1-3 minutes until tops are golden & puffy (not melted). Remove from oven & press on mallow. Cool on rack
