- 6-8 fresh peaches, peeled and halved
- 1 9-inch pie shell, partially baked
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place peach halves in pie shell with cavity sides down. Cream sugar and butter. Add flour, egg and vanilla, mixing well. Spread mixture over peaches. Bake 15 minutes; reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 60 minutes, or until peaches are done.
