- 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons BACARDI® Rum
- Fruits or cakes, diced

Step 1
Combine chocolate, cream, vanilla and BACARDI® Rum in saucepan over low heat for five minutes or until smooth.
2. Dip strawberries, brownies, marshmallows, bananas or pound cake into chocolate.
