Ingredients
- 1 bunch brocolli
- 3 medium onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut off the top of the brocolli and dispose of the stalks.
2. Steam the broccoli and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
3. Meanwhile, slice the garlic cloves and peel and cut the onions into wedges. Toss with olive oil and salt.
Put on a jelly roll pan covered with non-stick foil and roast for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
4. Cut the tomatoes in half.
5. When the onions are garlic are cooled, toss with the broccoli and tomatoes. Serve at room temperature.
