Buffalo Chicken and Cheese Dip

A warm gooey dip great for tortilla chips or fresh veggies

Ingredients
- 1 block softened cream cheese
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 2 c shredded cooked chicken (or 1 can)
- 1/4 c red hot sauce (or to taste)
- 1/2 pkg of mexican or taco shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
preheat oven 350'
Combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add chicken and mix well. Slowly add red hot sauce (to taste). Pour into oven safe dish, top with shredded cheese. Heat for 20 minutes or until top cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or cut veggies.
also good served cold... just eliminate the whole oven and melting cheese steps.
