Chocolate Mousse Torte

Ingredients
- Box of NIlla Wafers
- 4 squares of semi-sweet bakers chocolate
- 2 packages 3.9oz instant chocolate pudding
- 2 cups milk
- 2 TBS milk
- 1 tub 8oz. Cool Whip
- 1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/14 c sugar
- 3/4 c rasberries

Preparation
Step 1
1. line a 9 inch round pan with saran wrap
2. stand wafers up along the outside
3. melt 3 squares of chocolate according to package instructions
4. Beat pudding packets with 2 cups milk. Then wisk for 2 minutes
5. Add melted chocolate, mix well
6. Stir in 1 cup of the cool whip
7. Pour into prepared 9 inch pan
8. beat cream cheese with 1/4 c sugar and 2 TBS milk
9. Stir in 1 cup cool whip
10. Spread over the pudding
11. Cover the top with remaining cookies
12. Refrigerate for 3 hours
13. Shave 4th bar of chocolate
14. Invert the torte onto a plate and remove saran wrap
15. Top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle shaved chocolate
16. Garnish with berries
