- 2 cups flour
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1-1/8 tsp active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp - 1 tbsp water, as required

Step 1
Combine flour, salt, and yeast in a large mixing bowl.
Add wet ingredients and mix slow until a soft ball forms. Then knead 10 minutes with hook on low-to-med speed, until dough is smooth and elastic.
Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise at room temp for 90 minutes.
Preheat oven to 475F.
Punch down dough and divide into 4 pieces. Roll into balls, cover, and rest another 10 minutes. Roll each ball on a floured surface into an oval 8-10 in long. Brush tops with melted butter.
Bake for 6-7 minutes and drizzle on more melted butter, serve warm.
