Ingredients
- 1 corn tortilla, cut into thin strips
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- 1 cup shredded red cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Evenly arrange tortilla strips on nonstick baking sheet. Spray strips with cooking spray and sprinkle with chili powder. Bake 6 to
8 minutes or until strips are crisp. Remove from oven and set aside.
2. Place all remaining ingredients in large bowl, tossing and stirring to evenly distribute ingredients. To serve, place on serving dishes and top with baked tortilla strips.
