Ingredients
- single serving:
- 1 T sugar
- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 ts vanilla
- ice cubes
- 6 T rock salt
- 1 pint size zip loc bag
- 1 gallon size zip loc bag
- note: here are the larger amounts when using an ice cream maker
- pint:
- 4 T sugar
- 2 cups half & half
- 1 ts vanilla
- quart:
- 8 T sugar
- 4 cups half & half
- 2 ts vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Measure ingredients into small zip loc bag. Seal tightly.
2. Into large zip loc bag, add rock salt and enough ice to fill bag half way, place small bag inside large bag and seal tightly.
3. Shake bag until ice cream forms, this will take about 5 min.
4. Carefully remove small bag, wipe off the salty water from around the top of the bag, ENJOY!!
