Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup container ricotta cheese
  • Condensed Milk - 4 tsp
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the strawberries, chop into small pieces
Add sugar to strawberry pieces and mash them very fine.
Whip the whipping cream until it forms soft
Combine whipping cream, lemon juice and ricotta cheese and beat them well still soft.



Mix the above mixture to strawberry together very well.
Add the condensed milk and mix well.
Take the mixture into freezer-proof container.
Place the container in a freezer for 2 hours
After 2 hours take a spoon and beat the ice cream well
Place back again into freezer for another 6 hours or until completely frozen.
Remove the container from the freezer at least 20minutes before serving.
