Ingredients
- Graham Cracker Crust:
- 1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 3 T Sugar
- 3 T (melted) Butter
- FILLING:
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 5 Yolks
- 10 oz Key Lime Juice (Nellie and Joe Brand)

Preparation
Step 1
Graham Cracker Crust:
Mix crumbs sugar and butter in 9" pie plate. Press and spread to bottom and sides of plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Filling:
In bowl combine milk, egg yolks and key lime juice. Mix well. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes until set.
Decorate with whipped cream and slices of key lime and trim sides with vanilla cake crumbs.
