Ingredients
- 1 (20 oz) pkg. frozen has brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 sweet potato, peeled
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1 (3 oz)pkg. cream cheese, cubed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tea. dried basil
- 1/8 tea. pepper

Step 1
Drain the has brown potatoes and place in a 4 qt. cooker. Coarsely grate the sweet potato and add to the slow cooker; mix gently.
In large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir until tender, about 6-7 minutes. Add to slow cooker and stir.
Add Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, Swiss cheese, milk, basil and pepper to skillet; cook and stir over medium-low heat until cream cheese melts. Pour over potatoes in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until potatoes are tender and mixture is bubbling.
Serve immediately.
