Ingredients

  • 1 lb. chuck roast, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cola
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno, minced
  • 1/2 cup taco sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 4 Kaiser rolls

Step 1

In 3 qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients except mustard and rolls. Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours or until beef is very tender.

Using 2 forks, shred beef and stir mixture. Using a slotted spoon, remove beef and vegetables from the liquid in the slow cooker. Combine with mustard in medium bowl.

Make sandwiches with the meat mixture and rolls.

Serve immediately.
