Ingredients
- 1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Cook carrots, 1 tsp. sugar, and salt in a small amount of boiling water 10-12 minutes, or until tender. Drain carrots, then add margarine or butter and brown sugar, stirring until sugar has dissolved and carrots are coated.
