Ingredients
- 12 ounce semi sweet chocolate cut in pieces 2 teaspoons instant coffee powder
- 4 egg yolks 1/4 cup brandy
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup butter softened 2 cups finely chopped pecans

Preparation
Step 1
Melt chocolate over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from heat until coolish. In Cuisinart beat eggs, beat sugar, beat butter a little at a time- pulse. Dissolve coffee in brandy and vanilla. Add to Cuisinart. Add chocolate- beat. Chill 4-5 hours only. Roll into small balls and refrigerate or freeze. Put in paper cups.
