Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen or fresh haricots verts (French green beans), cooked
- 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 (12 oz) jar Giant White Beans (not rinsed or drained)
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 cup Medley Seedless Grapes, halved, or any combination of grapes
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- VINAIGRETTE
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Pinch salt and pepper

Step 1
1. Place haricots verts, beans, onion, graps, and feta in a large bowl.
2. In a small bowl, whisk vinaigrette ingredients. Pour vinaigrette on salad and toss to coat. Chill and marinate overnight.
