Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 3 cups raw cranberries
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup light molasses
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons soda
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups sugar 1 cup light cream 1/2 cup butter 2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Use bundt pan. Put oil in pan then wipe out well with paper towel and dust with powdered sugar. Place cranberries and raisins in bowl, add molasses and water. Sift flour and soda and add to fruit mixture. Add nuts and stir until blended place in pan and cover with foil. Bake at 325 for one hour. Do not over bake.
Sauce:
Combine sugar, butter and cream in medium pan. Bring to boil stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla. If you reheat sauce DO NOT BOIL.
