- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla or lemon juice
- 2 tsp water

Step 1
Beat egg yolks until light and lemony. Add sugar flavouring and water. Slowly add flour. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites until there are no streaks. Turn into a greased spring form pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden and set.
