- 3 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups lime juice
- 12 cup water
- 1 liter sparkling water
- 1 (750 ml) bottle dry red wine

Mix sugar and lime juice until sugar is dissolved. Mix in rest of ingredients and serve over ice. makes 1.5 gallons
