Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pastry shell (pie crust) baked
- 1 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese
- 8 slices bacon (or shrimp or crab or chopped ham)
- 3 eggs
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/2 tea salt
- dash pepper
- 3 chopped green onions
- chopped, cooked, and drained spinach (or broccoli) - optional
- sliced tomatoes - optional

Step 1
Sprinkle cheese in shell.
Place crumbled meat over cheese, then green onion.
Layer spinach, then tomatoes.
Beat eggs, cream and salt and pepper together.
Pour over pie.
Bake 350 until center is done, approx 30-40 min.
Just so you know it always takes me 45 to 60 minutes to bake mine! I also sometimes use 1/2 Swiss and 1/2 provolone or mozzarella because I love them. You can substitute meat and vegetables as you like..example asparagus with salmon or chicken.
