Ingredients
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup egg beater
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon maple extract
- 1/4 cup sugar (remaining from divided above)

Step 1
Caramelize 1/4 cup sugar in heavy saucepan.
Combine other ingredients and pour into custard cups (5 or 6) over caramelized sugar. Bake in water bath 40-45 minutes. Refrigerate.
