- 6 Eggs fresh Large
- 6 oz Sugar
- 1/2 t Nutmeg
- 1 t Van X
- Salt pinch
- 3 c Milk
- 3/4 c Heavy Cream
- 1 1/2 c Coconut Flakes, sweetened
- 2 unbaked 8 inch pie shells
