Ingredients

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 4 Tablespoons melted butter
- 2 Tablespoons white sugar
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pound softened cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream 1 1/4 cup sugar (too much) 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix above and pour over cheesecake. Bake at 350 for another 25 minutes. Best if refrigerated overnight or at least several hours.

Step 1
Mix together crust ingredients and pat into 8x8” pan. (too small)
Beat cream cheese sugar and eggs with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pan; bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
Mix sour cream sugar and vanilla together and pour over cooled cheesecake. Bake at 350 for another 25 minutes. Best if refrigerated overnight or a least several.
