Ingredients
- 1 chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 pounds) cut in parts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/4 Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Step 1
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise
Place bread crumbs in plastic bag, add chicken one piece at a time. Shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan.
Bake in 425 oven for 40 minutes or until golden.
