Ingredients
- 1 medium buttercup or butternut squash, peeled, cut into 3/4-inch slices
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mace

Step 1
Arrange squash in a 12-in. x 8-in. baking pan.
Top with apple wedges.
