Ingredients
- 1 recipe 90-Calorie Chocolate Cupcakes
- 1 recipe Chocolate Fudge Glaze
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons light cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 3 packets)
- 1/3 cup light whipped topping, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
1. Bake the cupcakes according to recipe directions. Let cool.
2. Prepare the Chocolate Fudge Glaze according to the recipe and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, stir together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and sweetener. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
4. To assemble the cupcakes, use an apple corer to remove a plug from the center of each cupcake. Fill each cupcake with 1 1/2 teaspoons of the peanut butter mixture. frost each cupcake with 2 teaspoons of the chocolate glaze.
