Ingredients
- 1 white or yellow cake mix
- 1 small can pumpkin
- 3/4 cup salad oil
- 1 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 pkg butterscotch instant pudding

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in lg. bowl and beat until smoothe. Pour in bundt or tube pan or 2 bread pans. Bake in oven 350 degrees for 35-45 mins.
Serve plain or with cool whip.
