Ingredients
- 2 Ibs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 3/4 cup butter, melted, divided
- 1 tsp. salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 can .(1O.75 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 2 cups (8 oz.) 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
- 2 cups crushed cornftakes
- Paprika (for color)

Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Stir together potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, salt. pepper, onion, soup and cheese in a large bowl.
Pour potato mixture into 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with cornflakes and remaining melted butter. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Sprinkle with paprika.
