Ingredients

1-16oz. can pumpkin
2 cups sugar
1 cup veg. oil
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups flour
2 teasp. baking soda
1 teasp. cinnamon
1/2 teasp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Beat pumpkin, sugar, and oil. Add eggs and mix. Add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Beat well. Pour into greased 15x10x1 pan Bake 350 degrees for 25-30 mins.

Frosting:

1- 3oz. cream cheese
5 Tbsp. butter
1 teasp. vanilla
1 3/4 cup conf. sugar
3-4 teasp. milk
chopped nuts for topping
