Ingredients
- 2 10 ounce package broccoli spears 3 Tablespoons dry white wine
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3 cups chicken breasts
- 6 Tablespoons flour halved and cooked
- 2 cups chicken broth 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Cook broccoli using package directions, drain. Melt butter, blend in flour, ½ teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Add chicken broth; cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in cream and wine.
Place broccoli crosswise in 12 x 7 ½ x 2’ baking dish. Pour half sauce over. Top with chicken. To remaining sauce, add cheese; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with additional parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until heated through. Then broil just until sauce is golden. About 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
