Ingredients
- 3/4 pound spaghetti 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken broth Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 2 Tablespoons dry white wine 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced 2 egg yolks
- 8 Tablespoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until it is tender but still firm. Drain and keep warm. (Do not rinse spaghetti). In a large skillet; combine the chicken broth, wine, garlic, butter and bacon. Bring the mixture to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the warm spaghetti and toss well. Finally add the Parmesan cheese and egg yolks. Toss again and serve on warm plates.
