Quick & Easy Nut Butter Freezer Fudge (gluten, grain, dairy free, paleo)

Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. coconut oil
- 1/4 c. nut butter of choice (almond, peanut, probably even sun butter, though I’ve never tried it)
- 1/2 t. vanilla (optional, but I love to add my homemade vanilla to give the flavor a little more pop!)

Step 1
Instructions
Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil or parchment paper.
Melt everything together over low heat, stirring to make sure ingredients are well blended.
Pour into prepared pan and freeze until set (about ½ hour).
Cut into squares.
Store leftovers in the freezer.
