banana nut cake

• 1 cup milk at 80° F
• 1/4 cup oil
• 2 cups bananas, ripe and mashed
• 4 eggs, room temperature
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup pecans, chopped
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons salt
