Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 (ll.5-ounce) cans unsalted mixed nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; set aside.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons seasoned salt, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.

In a large bowl, toss mixed nuts with butter mixture to coat completely. Place nuts onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining seasoned salt, stirring to mix well. Cool completely and sprinkle with Creole seasoning, stirring to coat; store in an airtight container.
