Ingredients
- 1/2 lb cream cheese
- 1/3 C melted butter
- 1/2 t van x
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 lbs 10x suger (16OZ=1 lb)
- 1 bag coconut
- 1 box bitter sweet chocolate
- 1 box semi sweet chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
Cream cheese, add butter, salt and van x. Add 10x a little at a time and beat well. Add coconut and mix well. Shape into small egg shapes and chill.
After eggs are chilled, dip in melted chocolate and remove using two forks. Place on lightly greased wax paper and return to frig.
*For peanut butter eggs, substitute 10 oz pb for coconut
