  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Dash cayenne
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • Bacon
  • Tomato
  • English muffin

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan over medium low. Add cheese, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard and cayenne. Combine eggs and cream. Remove cheese mixture from heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. To assemble:

1 muffin half on each plate, bacon tomato topped with rabbit.
