Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, sliced thin
  • 1 can (16 ounce) bean sprouts drained
  • 1/2 cup powdered non fat dry milk
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 can (4ounce) sliced mushrooms -drained
  • 2 Tablespoons slice green onion
  • 3 Tablespoons margarine
  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 12 cup chicken stock
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients. pour into a greased 12x8x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean. Divide into 5 sections and top with Mushroom sauce.

Mushroom Sauce:

Saute mushrooms and onion in margarine until onion is tender. Blend in flour until smooth; gradually stir in broth and soy sauce. Cook and stir until thick and smooth. Serve over Foo Young.
