Ingredients

  • Meatballs:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 c plain bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c diced onions (or use onion salt)
  • 1/2 c minute rice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 T vinegar
  • 2 T HP sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1/4 t cloves
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 t worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 r cinnamon
  • 1 t paprika
  • Sauce:
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 2 can water or milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix meat with all other ingredients and form into balls.
Mix tomato sauce and water (or milk) together.
Pour over meatballs.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

**Cook long grain rice and substitute for the minute rice.
