  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup light orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (or 1 packet)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pineapple extract (optional)
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
