Taco Dip

1/4 cup chopped green Anaheim chiles fresh or (canned) OR a Tbsp of chopped pickled jalapenos (more to taste)

Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger browned
- with 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 2 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (16 ounce) containerâ—¦sour cream
- zest of one lime
- 2 cup guacamole
- 1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 1 small head iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup sliced olives
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, a palm full, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown hamburger add seasoning mix and water. Cook as package directions. Spread the mixture onto a large serving platter.
2. In a medium bowl, blend the taco seasoning mix and refried beans. Spread the mixture over the burger.
3. Mix the sour cream and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Spread over the refried beans.
4. Sprinkle the lime zest over the sour cream layer.
5. Next layer the guacamole sauce.
6. Top the layers with salsa.
7. Place a layer of tomato, red bell pepper, green onions and lettuce over the salsa, and top with Cheddar cheese. Garnish with olives and cilantro.
