Ingredients
- 2 slabs pork spare ribs
- 1 c salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 T mesquite seasoning
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 3 T sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c tomato paste
- 1 T corn syrup
- 1 T molasses
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T caramel

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well. Keep refrigerated
Mix all dry ingredients and season lightly the ribs on both sides; let marinate for 12 hours.
Cook the ribs 325, 1 hour.
Cut ribs into pieces and place in baking dish. Heat the BBQ sauce to a simmer and pour over the entire ribs. Cover 200, 30-45.
