Birthday Rainbow Pancakes

Ingredients

• Pancake Batter
• Food coloring (red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple)
• Butter
• Syrup (warmed)

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare pancake batter; divide into 4 batches.

Add red food color to batch 1.
Add yellow food color to batch 2.
Add blue food color to batch 3.
Add green food color to batch 4.

Cook 2 pancakes of each batch.
Mix remaining batter of batch 1 & 2 to make orange. Cook 2 pancakes.
Mix remmaning batter of batch 3 with a few drops of red to make purple, cook 2 pancakes.

Arrange in rainbow colors on a platter & serve.
