- 11 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate
- 8 oz Butter Unsalted
- 7 Eggs, room temperature

Step 1
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. In mixer bowl, whip eggs until to a ribbon stage (frothy, foamy and thick). Pour chocolate/butter mixture into extra large bowl and stir.
Fold in whipped eggs into chocolate mixture. Pour into greased pans and bake for 15 minuts
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Be sure to bake this in a water bath which is just your cake sitting inside of another larger pan filled half way with water.
Refrigerate cake OVERNIGHT (or at least 12 hours) before unmolding. It has to be super cold to set properly.
Pour melted ganache over cold cake. Let drip and spread over sides. Garnish sides with chocolate shavings. Decorate shell border on top. Decorate with raspberries and chocolate shavings.
