Creamed Dill Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 lb new baby potatoes
- 2 tbs butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups real whipping cream
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation
Step 1
Boil early potatoes until tender. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter and saute garlic until it begins to carmelize. Add dill and fry only until it begins to brown. Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer until cream begins to thicken. Pour over cooked potatoes and toss until coated.
