WHITE CHOCOLATE ICING
1 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cups butter or hard margarine
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup angel flake coconut
4-1/2 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup angel flake coconut
Place first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan. Heat, stirring often, until chocolate chips and butter melt. Remove from heat.
Stir in coconut and icing sugar, adding more milk or icing sugar to make proper spreading consistency. Fill and ice cake. Makes about 2 cups.
Cover sides with coconut.
